Riyadh Marriott Hotel

This hotel was a brilliant find. I was blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional friendliness of the staff. I loved the welcome note in my room and was thrilled to see the commitment to cleaning my room on a daily basis. So many hotels are still making excuses around reduced cleaning (owing to Covid) that are no longer relevant. Well done to the Riyadh Marriott for making a positive change. I am always happy to recycle towels, but appreciate the light touch cleaning and the refreshment of guest accessories.

The stay at Riyadh Marriott was was good, Room was clean and comfortable, lounge was welcoming, location was comfortable to approach most of the central places, Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and helpful floor staff (i like hotels with good Buffett breakfast and i find Marriott good), Room Service staff were good and fast to our requests. Covered Parking place was very comfortable.

The location is excellent, and the Saudi receptionists were very cooperative and did what was necessary to make my trip special. Not to mention the Saudi coffee hospitality.

The staff was so nice, the room was good and clean, and the breakfast was good for a 4-star hotel.

favorite hotel in riyadh, the best staff especially mr.abduallah who was very welcoming,polite,helpful. i stayed here many times and had my room upgraded almost every time i check in. rooms are specious, super clean and lovely. sadly i never tried their breakfast but i’m sure it lives up to the hotel level of service.
